What to Know

  • Prefer the Bqaatouta road and follow RedRock signs.
  • At the gate: your name + Karl / The Nest. Have ID ready.
  • Your garage space is included, we send the number 24 hours before arrival.
  • Download offline maps before the last climb; signal drops.

RedRock sits above Faqra Club in a gated eco-village. The last stretch is short, but the first visit is easier if you know which road to take, what to say at the gate, and where your garage is.

Preferred route: Bqaatouta

Come in via the Bqaatouta road and follow the RedRock signs. From Bqaatouta to the chalet is about three minutes once you're on the right approach. This is the cleaner entrance for most guests.

Alternate route: via Faqra Club

You can also reach Faqra Club first, then follow the RedRock signs uphill. Allow about seven minutes from Faqra Club to RedRock. Useful if you're already on the Faqra plateau road from Faraya.

At the gate / security

RedRock is residential and gated. When security stops you, give:

  • Your full name (the guest name on the booking)
  • The host and chalet: Karl / The Nest
  • Be ready to show ID if asked

Lebanese General Security also requires guest IDs for check-in. We ask for a copy of your ID before arrival so the stay is registered properly.

After the gate

The smart lock is on the main door

Follow the photo directions we send 24 hours before arrival. Enter your PIN on the smart lock at the main door and go in, any hour.

Parking

Your garage space is included. We'll tell you which one in the arrival message. Exterior cameras cover garage entrances for each block and the pool area.

In winter

The climb onto the plateau is where conditions change. Shaded bends ice first. Snow tires from December to March, and take the last stretch slowly after a cold night.

At night

There is little street lighting. Headlights only on the plateau. First visit is easier in daylight so you can orient yourself for the rest of the stay.

Signal

Mobile signal can be patchy on the way up. Download offline maps before you leave Faraya or Bqaatouta rather than relying on live navigation.
